Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter to provide excellent customer service in our restaurant. The Waiter will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and beverages. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure order accuracy. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Process bills, handle payments, and issue receipts. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff. Requirements: Previous experience as a Waiter/Server is preferred but not mandatory. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, patience, and attentiveness. Basic math skills for handling bills and payments. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
