• Lead the coffee bar and ensure every cup meets our quality standards • Guide and train junior baristas on technique, service, and consistency • Experiment and contribute to new recipes, specials, and signature drinks • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of coffee equipment • Support in managing inventory related to coffee and beverages • Be a friendly and reliable face for guests at the bar • Actively participate in training and development programs for communication, guest interaction, and leadership skills
Assist with day-to-day service operations on the floor Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar Ensure timely service and high guest satisfaction Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards on the floor Guide junior service staff and support the Floor Manager and Senior Captain Assist with opening and closing duties
