You will be responsible for managing the dining experience, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly and courteously. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations. Take orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen team. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any issues promptly. Manage table settings and ensure a clean, organized dining area. Train and mentor junior staff to maintain service standards. Assist in the coordination of special events and large parties. Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Qualifications:Previous experience as a waiter/steward or in a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
