Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, cutlery, glassware, and crockery. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, pantry, dishwashing, and storage areas. Assist in waste disposal and manage garbage segregation as per standards. Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation or setup when required. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor. Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times. Handle equipment carefully to avoid breakage and report damages promptly. Assist in setting up buffets, banquets, or events as instructed. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor or Manager.
