Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food & beverages on time. Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area. Assist in table setup, clearing plates, and serving water. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Provide recommendations about menu items when required. Ensure billing accuracy and coordinate with the cashier. Uphold high standards of hygiene and grooming. Follow all service SOPs and maintain professional behaviour at all times. Requirements:Prior experience as a Waiter/Steward preferred (not mandatory). Good communication skills (Hindi required; English is a plus). Smart, punctual, disciplined, and well–groomed. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and follow restaurant SOPs.
