Job Description

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests courteously.
Monitor table cleanliness and reset tables for the next guests.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure hygiene standards are met.
Assist in the overall upkeep and ambiance of the dining area.
Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate transactions.
Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

Age: Between 25-35 years.
Proven work experience as a waiter or in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and busy shifts.
Basic math skills for handling payments and orders.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with local cuisine and dishes.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
