Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and professional Steward with minimum 3 years of experience to provide excellent food and beverage service in a resort environment offering Arabian cuisine. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, service quality, and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist resort guests in a warm and courteous manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
Serve Arabian cuisine dishes as per resort service standards
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
Assist guests with menu explanations and recommendations
Handle guest requests and minor complaints efficiently
Follow hygiene, safety, and resort SOPs at all times
Support team members and guide junior staff during peak hours

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Steward in a resort or hotel
Experience in Arabian or Middle Eastern cuisine preferred
Good communication and guest-handling skills
Well-groomed, polite, and service-oriented personality
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Skills Required:

Resort-level guest service standards
Strong coordination and teamwork
Time management and multitasking
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
