Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and reliable Waiter to join our front-of-house team. As a key point of contact between the kitchen and our guests, you’ll play an important role in delivering a high-quality dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or issues promptly
• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide good service
• Ability to work well in a team and handle busy periods with efficiency
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
