Waffle Maker & Counter Staff

Our Waffle Co. outlet is hiring cheerful and meticulous team members for our in-house food service operation! This role is a perfect blend of hands-on food preparation and premium guest service. You will be essential in delivering a high-quality food experience to our patrons within our establishment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Waffle Preparation & Cooking:
• Prepare and cook our signature waffles and other menu items according to established recipes and the high standards of our establishment.
• Ensure all waffle batters, toppings, and ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and regularly stocked.
• Guest Service & Billing:

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Previous experience in a food service, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or cashier/F&B role is highly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor suitable for a quality establishment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends/holidays, Shift timings would be 2 PM - 11 PM
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain focus on quality and speed.
• Basic math skills for accurate billing and cash handling.
• A strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Warmly welcome all customers and provide excellent, professional service.
• Accurately take orders, answer menu questions, and make personalized recommendations.
• Handle all sales transactions using the Petpooja - Point of Sale (POS) system, processing cash, credit cards, and integrating with other internal billing systems when necessary.
• Accurately manage the cash float and perform end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Operational Support:
• Assist with regular cleaning duties of equipment, service counters.
• Report low inventory levels of supplies and maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor or the F&B department.
• Training will be provided for cooking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,500.00 per month

• Rishikesh, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
