Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your **testing and validation expertise** in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **collaborative and innovative** teammates.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems by developing and executing validation strategies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Software/Squad Manager, Program Manager, Lead Architect, and Performance Team), collaborate with external project teams and quality managers, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

You’ll specifically take care of **developing and executing test scenarios**, but also **automating repetitive tasks** and **contributing to the development of automation frameworks**.

We’ll look to you for:

• Developing and executing test scenarios, and reporting findings

• Identifying and automating repetitive jobs

• Developing automation frameworks

• Applying processes and standards

• Contributing to continuous improvement through Return on Experience (RoE) and process enhancements

• Supporting the resolution of issues identified during testing

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

• A degree in BE/B.Tech/M.Tech

• 5 to 8 years of experience in testing complex software/systems

• Good knowledge of verification and validation methodologies and processes

• Experience in microservices testing, Kubernetes, and distributed system architecture

• Experience in testing safety-critical systems

• Automation testing experience (mandatory), including experience in Test Complete with C# or Python

• Experience in automation framework development

• Knowledge of performance and robustness testing for microservices applications

• Experience with message broker services (e.g., RabbitMQ) and containerization (e.g., Docker)

• Familiarity with SQL, OPC, and XML (essential but not mandatory)

• Experience with requirement management and traceability

• Preferable knowledge of railway systems and the transport domain

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide, influence, and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization

• Ability to convert requirements into test plans, test cases, and test execution, while generating and sharing test reports
