As a VRV/VRF Site Supervisor, your role involves overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of VRV/VRF air-conditioning systems at project sites. You must leverage your hands-on technical knowledge of VRV/VRF systems to manage site teams effectively, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise day-to-day installation activities of VRV/VRF systems, covering copper piping, insulation, drainage, wiring, and indoor/outdoor unit installation. - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and client representatives to facilitate smooth project execution. - Review layout drawings, routings, and site requirements before commencing work. - Ensure proper charging, pressure testing, vacuuming, and commissioning of VRV/VRF systems. - Manage site workforce, technicians, and subcontractors efficiently. - Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports. - Ensure work quality aligns with manufacturer standards (Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, etc.). - Troubleshoot technical issues during installation or testing. - Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with site safety standards. - Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site. - Participate in site meetings and provide updates on work status. Requirements: - Diploma / ITI in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering (preferred). - 5 years of experience in VRV/VRF installation or HVAC site supervision. - Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, refrigerant cycle, and HVAC installation practices. - Ability to interpret HVAC drawings and understand technical specifications. - Excellent communication and team-handling skills. - Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. - Basic computer skills (Excel, email reporting). Preferred Skills: - Experience with Daikin VRV, Mitsubishi VRF, LG Multi-V, or similar systems. - Knowledge of testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting VRV/VRF units. - Understanding of MEP coordination at site. - Familiarity with ducting, electrical connections, and control wiring.
