We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Ericsson team as an Engineer - (IP & Txn - Multivendor - Switch, Router & DWDM). This critical role belongs to our Managed Services department, directly contributing to our ongoing Ericsson Operations Engine projects. You will be at the forefront of tech-driven change, offering your specialist knowledge to guide the entire lifecycle of our projects. Whether we are in the Create, Sustain, or Evolve stages, your expertise will pave the way forward in your domain. What you will do: Actively Supervising of ITSM Ticket queues to maintain MTTR. Analytical skills like logical thinking, Problem solving & handling assignments are mandatory. Identify root cause of P2/P3/P4 Incidents and recommend appropriate resolution action and other events that Customer identify as requiring Root Cause Analysis (RCA). First point of contact for support of any alarm/event/KPI related issues. Close Collaboration with Field Team for all field activities (Hardware failures, Node unreachable etc.). Ensure timely restoration of Services maintain MTTR for good customer experience & high Service availability to maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA). Proactive involvement to detect possible failures to ensure incident restoration/avoidance whenever engagement by Incident Manager or MS Automated Service Function. Node health checks and backups & trouble-shoot the deviation identified. Sharing details for MIR & CSR to respective teams. End to End Network Understanding. The skills you bring: Good knowledge in IP Networking Protocols like OSPF, MPLS, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD. Understanding of Enterprise network, DIA services, GPON. Telecom knowledge (2G, 3G, 4G Service Flow & Interfaces). Experience in Microwave vendors ( Huawei, SIAE, NEC, ZTE) Optical / DWDM / ASON knowledge on Huawei IP Product/Vendor knowledge on Huawei/ Cisco (at least one). Good Communication & trouble-shooting skills. Degree within / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science /Computer Engineering 4-8 years of relevant experience. Scripting/Python knowledge would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities What you'll be doing Ten plus (10+) years of experience in networking environment responsible to plan and build new network environment; prepare, document and deploy changes in a network; understand the issues related to day-to-day operations; troubleshoot network issues with a network sniffer like Wireshark; test tools and procedures for voice and data circuits and liaison with carriers and vendors for installations Certified technical engineer (typically Cisco CCIE or comparable); In-depth hands-on experience with common network hardware including F5 Load balancer, Cisco router, switches, firewalls etc., together with other preferred technologies; Full understanding of ITIL and service management principals and hands on experience in complex LAN/WAN, MAN, DWDM, SONET architecture.
