Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a VRF Sales Engineer. The VRF Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting and demonstrating VRF system solutions, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, executing sales strategies, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in HVAC or related industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the Kolkata metropolitan area
