Youll lead projects from conceptualisation through execution, ensuring high-quality, functional interiors. Qualificatio Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design/Architecture diploma 25 years of professional experience in interior design and architecture, preferably on residential/commercial projects Proven portfolio demonstrating software proficiency and architectural design thinking Required Skills Software proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp; Revit, 3ds Max, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Photoshop Technical expertise: Strong grasp of space planning, working drawings, BOQs and materials Site management: Experience in site supervision, vendor coordination, quality control, and adherence to project timelines Soft skills: Excellent communication, client interaction, problem-solving, and project management Responsibilities Lead end-to-end interior design projects: concept development, layout planning, design detailing, and presentation of drawings/renderings Prepare BOQs, technical documentation, and cost estimates Conduct site visits, supervise execution, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure quality and timelines Coordinate closely with clients to understand requirements and keep them informed Monitor budgets, schedules, procurement and quality standards Stay updated with new materials, finishes, and industry trends

Bachelor / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture with 10+ Years of experience experience as Interior Designer. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up. Required Candidate profile Proficiency in 3D modelling & rendering using tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, VRay, 3ds Max, or Blender.
