Identify production bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency, cost optimization, and defect reduction. Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of furniture materials, machinery, and production processes. Mandatory experience in production or quality control in the furniture industry. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, QC tools (5 Whys, CAPA), and audits. Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and quality documentation.
