VR Operator

As a VR Operator at our forward-thinking business specializing in virtual reality experiences, your role will involve setting up, monitoring, and managing virtual reality interactions for clients/customers. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Comfortable with VR technology including headsets, controllers, and tracking systems. - Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills to guide, instruct, and reassure users effectively. - Attention to safety protocols to manage participants in VR safely, considering spatial issues and technical aspects. - Basic troubleshooting skills such as restarting a headset or recalibrating hardware. - Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings as per business requirements. - Physical capability to stand for sessions, assist participants with equipment, and reset rooms between sessions. - Ideally, some background in gaming, VR, simulation, or interactive tech, though training will be provided. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in VR operation, arcade/game-hosting, or training/simulation environments. - Knowledge of PC or console VR platforms like Oculus, META, PlayStation VR, and related hardware. - Experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
