VP Technology Solar Cell

As a VP Technology Solar Cell, you will be expected to possess a qualification of M. Tech/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, BSc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, BSc Physics, or MSc Physics. With a rich experience of 15 to 20 years, your expertise should be in Process/ Technology development of various Solar Cell Technologies such as Thin film, Perc, Topcon, Topcon BC, HJT, PSC, PSC Tandem, etc. Your strong background in Material Science and Semiconductor Physics will play a crucial role in your success. It is essential that you have a proven track record of developing products/ technologies for the commercial market. Your key responsibilities will include developing a Technology Roadmap for Solar Cell, conducting Technology Benchmarking, and collaborating with 3rd party technology partners/universities for Technology Development. You will be in charge of Budgeting and ensuring Timely Delivery of projects. Your role will also involve Conceptualizing, Pilot Testing, Monitoring, Validation, and Scaling up technologies for commercial applications. Process Optimization and Cost Optimization will be integral parts of your responsibilities.,
