VP Technology Solar Cell

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing the technology roadmap for Solar Cell and overseeing the technology benchmarking and development of various technologies through 3rd party technology partners or universities. Your role will include budgeting, ensuring timely delivery, conceptualizing and pilot testing, monitoring, validation, and scaling up for commercial applications. Additionally, you will be involved in process optimization and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Developing the technology roadmap for Solar Cell - Overseeing technology benchmarking and development of various technologies through 3rd party technology partners or universities - Budgeting and ensuring timely delivery - Conceptualizing, pilot testing, monitoring, validation, and scaling up for commercial application - Process optimization - Cost optimization Qualifications Required: - M. Tech/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, BSc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, BSc Physics, or MSc Physics - 15 to 20 years of hands-on experience in process/technology development of various Solar Cell Technologies such as Thin film, Perc, Topcon, Topcon BC, HJT, PSC, PSC Tandem, etc. - Strong background in Material Science and Semiconductor Physics - Must have developed products/technology for the commercial market,
