Job Description

Strategic Leadership Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Align sales objectives with the companys vision, mission, and business goals. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Sales Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Set clear sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities for team members. Revenue Generation Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts. Develop and execute plans for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet changing market conditions. Collaboration & Alignment Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market demands. Collaborate with finance to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Participate in high-level negotiations and close strategic deals. Ensure customer satisfaction and address escalated issues promptly. Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership. Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track sales activities and outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience : Minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Industry Knowledge : Proven experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or a related industry. Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategies. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
