Role Overview: You will have the opportunity to work with a leading real estate developer, overseeing project portfolio strategy, governance, lifecycle oversight, budgeting, cost control, financial management, quality, safety, compliance, sustainability, vendor/contractor management, stakeholder communication, team leadership, resource management, process excellence, innovation, continuous improvement, risk management, change control, client/brand alignment, and market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Establish governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls to ensure consistency in delivery across projects. - Set up regular reviews to monitor project performance, risks, and adherence to strategy. - Oversee all phases of each project from initiation to handover, ensuring comprehensive project plans. - Monitor critical path schedules, major milestones, dependencies, and interproject interactions. - Supervise project budgets, cash flow projections, cost forecasts, and implement robust cost control processes. - Ensure projects comply with building codes, regulations, safety laws, and sustainability standards. - Manage vendor/contractor performance, enforce contractual obligations, and resolve disputes/change orders. - Maintain high-level engagement with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate reporting. - Build, mentor, and lead project leadership teams, allocate resources optimally, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. - Define/refine project management processes, promote adoption of digital tools, and drive continuous improvement. - Identify, assess, and manage risks, prepare mitigation plans, and monitor risk triggers. - Ensure projects reflect luxury branding, keep up with market trends, and work with marketing/sales teams to support sales positioning. Qualifications Required: - Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, additional qualifications in project management preferred. - Proven experience in managing large-scale property or real estate development projects. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, legal regulations, and industry best practices. - Experience working in UAE preferred. - Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to handle complex challenges effectively.
