**Job Description** As a Vice President of Finance at our company located in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in managing the overall finance function, corporate risk, compliance, funding, and treasury management. Your expertise in banking compliance and regulatory compliance will be essential in ensuring the financial well-being of the organization. **Responsibilities** - Manage the finance function by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting - Ensure compliance with banking compliance and regulatory requirements - Develop and implement corporate risk management strategies to minimize financial and reputational risk - Provide expertise on funding and treasury management for effective liquidity and cash flow - Handle the responsibilities of both Company Secretary (CS) and Chartered Accountant (CA) - Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders such as the executive team and board of directors **Requirements** - Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance at a senior leadership level - Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) qualifications - Profound knowledge in finance, corporate risk, compliance, funding, banking compliance, and regulatory compliance - Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of finance professionals effectively - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret financial data for improvements - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to convey financial information to diverse stakeholders In addition to the above, the role requires strong skills in banking compliance, Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary, corporate risk, finance, funding, regulatory compliance, risk & compliance, routing, and treasury management.
