VP, Finance & Compliance

As Vice President Finance, Compliance & Analytics (FC&A) at Guardian Capital, you will play a crucial role in the financial backbone of the organization. Your responsibilities will include leading all finance, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance initiatives to provide insights that shape Guardian's strategic direction. This is not just a role but an opportunity to build and scale alongside a passionate leadership team in one of the most exciting growth phases of our journey. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Accounting & Finance** - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements. - Communicate performance insights to key stakeholders. - Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and PT returns. - Manage annual MCA/ROC compliances for group companies. - **Compliance with SEBI & Companies Act** - Interpret SEBI circulars and ensure adherence to all regulations. - Guide management and teams on compliance requirements. - Ensure timely submission of SEBI reports. - **Income Tax Filing** - Apply thorough understanding of the Income Tax Act and regulations. - Compute and file tax returns for individuals, HUFs, trusts, companies, and partnerships. - Handle and respond to notices from the Income Tax Department. **Qualification Required:** - Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory & CS preferred. - Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience. - Proficient in Tally and MS Office. - Strong understanding of accounting procedures and the Income Tax Act. - Driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about financial excellence.
