Role Overview: Join TRIOS as the VP of Facilities & Operations to lead the efficient and sustainable management of coworking spaces, managed offices, and office interior projects. Your focus will be on optimizing facility performance, cost efficiency, client experience, and operational scalability while upholding TRIOS" commitment to sustainability and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure 99.9% uptime for all coworking spaces and managed office facilities - Implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational expenses by 10-15% annually - Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facilities management, maintenance, and emergency response - Oversee 100% vendor compliance with SLAs for high-quality facility maintenance, security, and housekeeping - Implement an asset tracking system to optimize usage and lifecycle management of office assets - Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90%+ for facility operations and services - Lead the planning and execution of at least 2 new facility launches per year - Ensure 100% adherence to safety, fire, and environmental compliance regulations - Collaborate with GreenPro-certified vendors to enhance environmental impact Qualifications Required: - Proven operational leadership experience managing multiple facilities - Strong knowledge of facilities management, office infrastructure, and preventive maintenance - Skilled in vendor negotiation, contract management, and service optimization - Customer-centric approach to enhance client experience through high-quality services - Experience in cost management, budgeting, and reducing operational expenses - Familiarity with sustainability practices, eco-friendly certifications, and regulatory compliance - Ability to design scalable operational frameworks to support business growth - Knowledge of smart office solutions, IoT applications, and automation for facility management Note: TRIOS fosters a culture of pushing boundaries, embracing change, and delivering exceptional experiences to its members.
