Lead innovative, large-scale office fit-out projects Drive strategic design leadership Job Description The VP - Design will be responsible for the following: Lead end-to-end design management for office fit-out projects - from client brief and conceptualisation to detailed design, execution, and final handover. Oversee and mentor in-house design teams and external consultants to ensure timely delivery and adherence to design standards. Collaborate closely with project management, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless translation of design into build. Work directly with clients to understand brand and functional requirements, translating them into innovative and practical workspace solutions. Stay current with industry trends in workplace design, sustainability, technology integration, and user-centric spaces. Ensure all projects align with timelines, budgets, regulatory codes, and company standards. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have the following: 12+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on commercial office fit-outs. Proven experience managing full project lifecycle within a D&B firm. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, material selection, space planning, and ergonomics. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
