Role Overview: As a Client Value-Add Activities Lead at Merkle, your main responsibility is to lead client and prospect value-add activities on behalf of the network, cross-Service Line, in a given market. You will be the key orchestrator and facilitator of thought leadership, client events, and special client programming. Additionally, you will manage new logo efforts within the Client Development team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop programming and content calendar for client value-add activities and client programming such as summits, networking at tentpole events, roundtables, etc. - Coordinate thought leadership ecosystem in collaboration with adjacent central functions, serving as the key communications liaison for client-related offerings - Develop new logo proactive pursuit targets and strategies including methodology and outreach in coordination with Growth Officers across Lines of Business (LoBs) - Coordinate the cross-agency/LoB growth and sales community, ensuring regular pipeline calls and in-person training opportunities - Manage day-to-day pitch consultant relations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Proven experience in client development, event management, and thought leadership initiatives - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions - Prior experience in managing client relationships and sales community is a plus Location: DGS India - Bengaluru - Manyata N1 Block Brand: Merkle Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent,
