As a Specialized Analytics Ld Analyst at our company, you will be a recognized technical authority within the business, requiring basic commercial awareness. You will use your developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others, impacting the area through complex deliverables. Your advice and counsel related to technology or operations will have a significant effect on the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. **Responsibilities:** - Work with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies - Identify and compile data sets using tools like SQL and Access to predict, improve, and measure key business outcomes - Document data requirements, collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis, potentially utilizing statistical models/algorithms and data visualization techniques - Specialize in marketing, risk, digital, and AML fields - Assess risk in business decisions with a focus on safeguarding the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations **Qualifications:** - 9-12 years of experience - Working experience in a quantitative field, Financial/Credit Card industry - Demonstrated ability in data retrieving and manipulation, proficient analytical skills - Excellent analytic ability, problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel for analytic presentations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, adaptive to a matrix work environment **Education:** - Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred This job description offers a high-level overview of your responsibilities.
