ABOUT CRAFTELS

Craftels is a boutique hospitality brand built on sustainability, DIY design, and meaningful human connections. What began as a single Airbnb has grown into thoughtfully crafted spaces in Goa and Delhi. Our South Goa properties — Obrigado and Nest — offer calm, soulful stays rooted in warmth and simplicity.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are opening a long-term volunteer position for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning hospitality operations, and being part of a hands-on, experience-driven environment.

This role is ideal for someone seeking practical exposure rather than a purely desk-based position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and support front desk activities
• Assist with guest communication and smooth check-ins/check-outs
• Support daily operations and on-ground coordination
• Help maintain the flow of guest experience across the property
• Share ideas to improve guest comfort and overall experience

WHO CAN APPLY

• No formal hospitality experience required
• Good communication skills (English / Hindi preferred)
• Friendly, proactive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working on-ground in a resort environment
