About the Role

We are looking for an experienced VoIP Software Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain VoIP-based applications and solutions. The role involves building scalable VoIP platforms, working on IP-PBX systems, SIP-based call routing, IVR solutions, and integrating VoIP with LAN/WAN environments. You will collaborate closely with network engineers, DevOps, and system architects to ensure seamless telephony services.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain VoIP-based software applications and telephony solutions.

* Build, configure, and integrate IP-PBX systems, SIP protocols, IVR solutions, voicemail services, and call routing features.

* Develop APIs and SDKs for VoIP integrations with enterprise systems.

* Assist in migrating from legacy telephony systems to modern IP-based solutions.

* Implement VoIP monitoring and troubleshooting tools for call quality and performance.

* Collaborate with the network team to ensure smooth integration with LAN/WAN/wireless networks.

* Optimize VoIP performance and resolve latency, jitter, and packet loss issues.

* Contribute to hardware/software upgrades, including IP-PBX firmware and VoIP client apps.

* Document architecture, APIs, and deployment processes.

* Research and implement new VoIP frameworks, protocols, and open-source solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science / IT or equivalent, OR M.Tech / MCA preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in VoIP software development.
