Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic VoIP Sales Executive to join our growing telecom team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling VoIP services to international clients, particularly in the UK and European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within the UK and European VoIP markets.

* Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail VoIP clients, carriers, and telecom partners.

* Negotiate rates, traffic deals, and interconnection agreements.

* Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

* Coordinate with the technical and NOC teams for route testing and service quality improvement.

* Keep updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies in the telecom sector.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or MBA in Marketing and Sales

2 – 8 years of proven experience in VoIP or telecom B2B sales** (preferably UK/Europe market).

Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, wholesale/retail traffic, CLI/NCLI routes, and A-Z termination.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.

Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Must be having passport
