Candidate Responsibility /SCOPE:
Activities: • Design and development for VoIP service in ONTs/Home devices. • Support and maintenance Deliverables : • Feature development • Bug fixing • New feature • Unit testing • Functional testing. 2. Key Competencies & Experience:

• JD Voice Development
  

# Strong development & debugging understanding on C / C++ in multi process/ threaded environment with following skills
Strong understanding on VoIP(SIP/H248), T38 , SIP over TCP, VoLTE, voice quality/QoS, DSP ,Voice codecs, RTP/RTCP, RFC2833” and Management protocols: OMCI, TR098/TR104. Good Understanding RJ11, Z-interface specs. Well versed with debugging tools like SIPP, Wireshark, Valgrid, SIPP Tool, Valgrind Memory Profiling Tool, GDB. understanding different SoC Architecture including 32 bit, 64bit and respective tool chains and able to collaborate with different Vendors to make the solution up and running. strong understanding on Linux , IPC techniques, user space and kernel space deep understanding and good understanding on network architecture is preferred Understanding of IPV4/IPV6 addressing and TCP/IP and basic understanding of L2/L3 routing. Working on GPON technologies is added advantage.

JD Voice Test
• Experience in VoIP related product testing ( FTTx, Access gateway, softswitch or IMS). • Strong technical background of VoIP related protocols, such as SIP, H.248, T38, RTP, etc Familiar with voice test instrument, such abacus, fax/modem • Core knowledge in IMS, VoLTE, VoIP, SIP Testing domain , voice quality/QoS, DSP ,Voice codecs, RTP/RTCP, RFC2833” and Management protocols: OMCI, TR098/TR104. • Good Understanding RJ11, Z-interface specs. • Hands of Experience in Testing / Traffic Simulation Tools (Spirent/Voice Testing tool) • Exposure to Test Automation, hands on experience in automation development in Python & Shell and automation frame work , like Robot, Selenium., • Strong Knowledge in Testing Concepts & Methodologies, Test Strategy & Test Plan. • Analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude • Understanding of IPV4/IPV6 addressing and TCP/IP and basic understanding of L2/L3 routing. • Working on GPON technologies is added advantage. • Education: Bachelor or above, telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science, or related major preferred
