Profile- Voice Support Associate

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur

Monthly Salary (Rs.): upto 35,000 CTC

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours Per Day: Rotational Shifts

Shift Timings:

Morning Shift- 6 AM to 2.30 PM

Noon Shift- 1.45 PM to 10.30 PM

Night Shift- 9.45 PM to 6.30 AM

Selected candidates enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with shift rotations every 2 months, ensuring that 66.67% of their shifts will be during daylight hours.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing professional live voice support and chat support in English, in inbound and outbound settings. Responsibilities include providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining a professional tone, updating customer records, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role may involve sales, support, or technical assistance. Good communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle pressure are essential for success in a voice process role.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English.

- Flexible and adaptable to work effectively in rotational shifts.

- Self-motivated team player, able to thrive in a disciplined and structured environment.

- Educational Qualification: Graduate preferred (12th pass candidates may also apply, provided they are not pursuing further studies).

- Experience: Freshers who are open to working in rotational shifts are welcome to apply.

- Commitment: Candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year with the company.

- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
