Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain call logs and update customer information in CRM.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality standards.
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi / regional languages).
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts / night shifts (as per process requirement).
  • Experience in customer support / call center / BPO preferred but not mandatory (freshers welcome).

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
