Voice Process

As a Phone Banking Officer in the Voice Process, you will be based in Chennai and required to communicate fluently in Hindi and English. You should hold a graduate degree, and even freshers will be considered. Your responsibility will involve answering inbound calls, addressing customer queries, requests, and complaints, and logging them into the CRM tool. Additionally, you will be expected to proactively generate leads, inform customers about new products, and ensure compliance with guidelines. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to understand and interpret customer information effectively, and a strong focus on customer service. Prior knowledge of banking or credit cards is preferred. You will be required to work in shifts, starting as early as 6:30 am, and should be open to rotational offs. Female employees will have a shift window from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Your key performance indicators will include adherence to monthly scorecard parameters, maintaining product and process knowledge, meeting sales targets, and suggesting improvements based on customer feedback. The salary ranges from INR 3 LPA for freshers with a performance bonus, up to a maximum of 4.00 LPA for experienced candidates. The job offers full-time, permanent employment for freshers.
