Voice Process - Freshers

You will be working as a Voice Process Executive in a company located at Anna Salai, Chennai. As a fresher, you will be engaged in handling voice process tasks in both Hindi & English, Tamil, Telugu & English, Tamil, Kannada & English, Tamil languages. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in form filling and profile creation, explaining the services and membership features, gathering personal information, offering personalized suggestions, helping clients in profile editing, ensuring profile accuracy, and providing tips for enhancing profile visibility. Additionally, you will be required to work in day rotational shifts and ensure the completion of tasks efficiently. The offered salary range for this position is between 13K to 18K per month.
