Eligibility - Undergraduate or Graduate | 03 years of experience

Job Description

Handle customer queries via both voice calls and live chat across international markets.
Provide quick and accurate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Document interactions and updates accurately in CRM systems; maintain clear records of issues and resolutions.
Collaborate with operations and support teams to improve processes and share feedback for continuous improvement.
Adhere to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and consistently work within the fixed shift schedule.
