Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries.
  • Make outbound calls to reach potential or existing customers.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products/services.
  • Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Achieve call and conversion targets set by the team.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any Degree.
  • Experience: 12 year
  • Excellent English communication skills

    (spoken & listening).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email).
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Work Timing:

Weekoff - No Sunday OFF (Rotational)
