Qualification : Any graduate or under graduate. (Fresher from 2024 /2023 batch only) Notice period : Immediate Joiners preferable. Interview Venue: Featherlite - The Address, 7th Floor, A Block,200 Feet Radial Rd, Pallavaram, Chennai 600043 Salary: Fresher’s flat 2.50 LPA, take home 15,000 after, Max 3.80 LPA (Take home: 27,000). Transport facility: For Female after 9PM, For male after 12AM. SHIFT: 24/7 which includes night shift. Week offs: Rotational 2 days off. Desired Candidate Profile: Fresher or Experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication. Min 6 month of experience to Max 4 years of experience in any voice process Only Graduates can apply. Language needed: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi & Telugu along with good communication skills in English. Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation). NO COMPROMISE ON LANGUAGE SKILLS. Only Immediate joiners. Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech. Should be comfortable working for 5 days - Rotational shits with 2 days rotational offs (24/7).
