As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, upselling or cross-selling products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a team environment.
