About The Role

This is an entry-level voice process role focused on outbound and inbound client communication. You will support sales and business teams by handling calls, understanding client requirements, and coordinating internally.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound client calls professionallyUnderstand basic client requirements and share relevant informationExplain IT services clearly to potential clientsSchedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales teamMaintain call records and update CRM or internal trackersCoordinate with internal teams for smooth communication

Requirements

Any graduate (Business, IT, or related field preferred)0-1 year of experience in voice process, customer support, or telecallingFreshers with good communication skills are welcomeClear and confident verbal communicationBasic understanding of IT services is an advantageWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
