Voice Process Executive

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Shift: Night Shift (Rotational)

Salary: ₹18,000/- to ₹30,000/- per month

Fluent English Communication Skills

Cab Facility: Pick and Drop Available

Work Mode: Work from Office (On-site)

Job Description:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and patiently to ensure complete understanding and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, including actions taken.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Participate actively in ongoing training programs to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: Degree (Any Discipline)
Basic Technical Skills
Fluent English Communication Skills
Freshers with excellent English communication or candidates with prior customer support (L1) experience can apply
Flexible to work under rotational shifts – primarily Night Shifts

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
