Position: Voice Process Executive – Insurance Claims Process
Location: Chennai (Nehru Park)
Department: Insurance Claims / Customer Support
Employment Type: Full‑time, In‑office (Day shift: 9:30 am–6:30 pm)
Experience: Freshers / up to 2 years
Language Required: Fluent Tamil (English proficiency a plus)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to insurance claims.
• Guide customers through claims submission and follow-up.
• Verify and update claim data accurately in internal systems.
• Resolve issues or escalate as per process guidelines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and process compliance.

Requirements:

• 10th/12th pass or any graduate.
• Excellent spoken Tamil; basic or good English preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Prior experience in insurance, claims, loan or credit card servicing is a plus.

Compensation:

• Fixed salary ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month.
• Incentives/performance bonus up to ₹4,000–₹6,000 per month.
• PF & ESI coverage, training, and career path support.

Shift/Timings:

• Day shift (e.g. 9:30 am to 6:30 pm), 6 days/week.
