Pre-qualifications

• Graduates of any degree or diploma (Non-engineering), and higher secondary school leaving certificate holders are also welcome
• Candidates should be above 18 years of age
• Excellent communication skills in English - Verbal and Written
• They should be ready to work at any shift timings
• A pleasant voice and a positive attitude
• Good organizational skills demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up
• Willingness to be a team player and systematic
• Certificates of participation in literary clubs, and activities like public speaking (Preferable)
• Passion for storytelling or conversations (Preferable)
• Preferring some Knowledge in Windows 7 and 8

Key Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls from non-trade customers.
• Processing of telephone orders.
• Responding to email and fax queries.
• Processing of customer returns.
• Supporting the order input team as required.
• Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions by keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision.
• Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
• Work with cross functional teams and initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.
• Strong ability to multitask and take quick decisions independently.
• Meet individual / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Set priorities and manage time effectively to organise workload and meet deadlines as required.
