Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle and resolve
international customer queries
via
chat and voice
.
Identify customer needs and deliver solutions that ensure
maximum satisfaction
.
Build sustainable relationships and maintain
trust with global customers
.
Provide
accurate, valid, and complete information
using approved tools.
Achieve
customer service metrics
, including CSAT, quality scores, sales targets & chat/voice handling quotas.
Manage customer complaints and provide effective resolutions within defined timelines.
Follow all
communication protocols, guidelines, and process policies
consistently.

Candidate Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

Minimum 6 months of international chat process experience (Mandatory)
Experience in
customer support
,
BPO
, or
client service representative
roles.
Typing speed of
35+ WPM
with
90%+ accuracy
.
Good knowledge of
CRM tools
and customer service processes.
Strong
customer orientation
, active listening, and adaptability to different personalities.
Excellent
communication skills
(verbal & written).
Ability to
multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
efficiently.
