Voice & Non-Voice Customer Support Executive

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for record retrieval requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Any Graduate.
• Experience: 0-2 years in an international BPO or voice process role. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Customer-centric approach with a professional attitude.
• Work Schedule: Night Shift (US Shift) with weekly offs as per business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and third parties to collect necessary records.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate call logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.
• Maintain and update records in the database.
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
