Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through voice calls and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate solutions related to product, services, accounts, and healthcare-related queries.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues within defined timelines.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by adhering to quality and performance standards.
• Proactively identify customer pain points and suggest improvements in processes.
• Flexibility to work from office when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Accounting / Healthcare background preferred).

• 4+ years of experience

  in international voice and chat support.
• Prior exposure to

  Accounting / Healthcare domains

  will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal & written) in English.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working in

  Australian timings (3:30 AM – 12:30 PM IST)

  .

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Based in

  Coimbatore

  (mandatory).
• Candidates with

  BPO / Customer Support background

  in international processes will be preferred.
• Should be flexible to work from home as well as report to office when required.
