We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Voice and Accent Trainer to join our dynamic team for an international voice process with a leading client in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in voice training, accent modification, and communication skills development, with a focus on enhancing the effectiveness of our team members in delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on voice modulation, accent neutralization, and effective communication techniques tailored for an international audience. Conduct assessments to evaluate the current voice and accent proficiency of team members and identify areas for improvement. Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their speaking skills and confidence in a professional setting. Develop training materials, including manuals, exercises, and multimedia resources, to support the learning process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in voice training and communication to continuously improve training methodologies. Collaborate with team leaders and management to align training objectives with organizational goals and client requirements. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Communication, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer, preferably in an international voice process environment. Strong understanding of various accents and dialects, with the ability to teach and modify them effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and engaging speaking style. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to diverse learning styles. Certification in voice training or related fields is a plus. Minimum 2 years in US Voice process as a Trainer. Job Location: Bangalore ( For Our Leading client).
