Inviting applications for the role of:- Management Trainee, Voice & Accent! In this role, Trainer must train the new joiners on Soft Skills to improve and standardized their communications, Train / develop effective and efficient customer handling skills to attain customer delight stage in customer service by meeting all quality metrics Responsibilities To train and mentor new hires in batches as per training plotter To train and lead OJT agents on the floor. Meet NHT and OJT throughput To do all floor refreshers on time as per business and floor requirements To perform all activities and show efficacy as per business expectations To conduct internal and final assessments to all new hires and meet scores To conduct training and improve all identified TNI or Bottom Quartile agents Improve the efficacy and performance of agents New Hire / OJT / Floor agents To extend all required support to Operations whenever required. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Any Graduate (No B.Tech graduates) Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Relevant year experience in communications training Relevant year experience in customer service training 6 days working. Candidate must work from Client Location.
