Voice AI & Call Center Integration Consultant

mentor, architect, and troubleshoot

Role Summary

We're looking for an expert who understands how to connect the dots between:

• Voice AI agents (LLM-based)

• Call Center Providers (Five9, NICE CXone, AWS Connect)

• Telephony infrastructure (SIP, SBCs, PBX, WebRTC, RTP media flows)

production-grade voice assistant platform

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refine our existing voice pipeline built using

  AWS Connect, Chime SDK, Asterisk, STT, LLM, TTS (or Nova Sonic)

• Architect and troubleshoot

  SIP trunk

  and

  PBX-based integration patterns

  with platforms like NICE CXone
• Guide implementation of

  low-latency, scalable audio streaming

  pipelines
• Collaborate on WebSocket or SIP-based audio handling between voice agent and telephony platform
• Advise on

  best practices

  ,

  security

  ,

  fallback logic

  , and

  resilient audio architecture

• Provide mentorship and working sessions to our engineering team on voice bot orchestration

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of

  SIP trunking

  ,

  VoIP protocols

  , and

  Session Border Controllers (SBCs)

• Hands-on experience integrating CCaaS platforms such as

  NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, or Amazon Connect

• Familiarity with

  Asterisk

  ,

  Chime SDK

  ,

  FreeSWITCH

  , or other media servers
• Knowledge of

  speech pipelines

  involving STT LLM TTS, and experience with

  Amazon Polly

  ,

  Transcribe

  , or

  Nova Sonic

• Ability to troubleshoot issues like audio jitter, latency, and session drop
• Experience integrating AI agents with

  Salesforce

  or other backend systems is a plus
