VO Unit Sales Manager- Agency Channel

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive sales of General Insurance products through the agency channel.
• Recruit, onboard, and train agents to generate consistent business in the assigned region.
• Ensure timely licensing of agents and actively track their activation and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries through regular meetings and structured follow-ups.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven sales experience with a solid understanding of insurance or financial products.
• Graduation is a mandatory requirement.
