Job Description

Provide Level 2 technical services for Virtual Desktop and published applications to client users globally.
Provide Level 2 support on incident tickets related to the Virtual Desktop and published applications.
Troubleshoot the assigned tickets and provide resolution. Reassign the unresolved tickets to the next level in case further help is needed to close the ticket.
Document the knowledgebase articles and FAQ sections as and when required in SharePoint.
Work on the assigned service requests for provisioning of new/existing Horizon environment.
Provide Level 2 application and infrastructure management (Active Directory and Network) support for Horizon technical Services. Sending synopsis and analysis to the L3 team for the current issues in the environment that are within the scope of L2.
Perform Change and Patch related tasks for Horizon as per the agreed change windows Participate in client initiated COB tests.
Deletion & Modify Specs requests for VDI/Horizon and Application provisioning in CAP/Horizon. Corresponding actively via IM/Email with Business support teams for RPA related issue/activities. .
Perform infra monitoring 24/7 by the Global MonitoringTeam via SCOM, Systrack, VrOps, Turbonomics tools.
